Brake Disc Crimaz 4mm Piaggio Zip / ET2 / ET4 / PX. HQ brake disc for Piaggio Zip, thickness = 4mm.
The brake discs are manufactured in Italy using the most modern machinery and tools, the entire production process is certified ISO/TS 16949, which means that every stage of the production process is carefully monitored and the stainless steel is meticulously controlled.
– The brake discs are laser cut from stainless steel plates. The material of the stainless steel plates is (EN) X20Cr13, which is equivalent to (ASTM) AISI420A.
– The brake discs are subjected to a patented heat treatment that ensures the homogeneity and consistency of the rotor design. The hardness after heat treatment is 35 ± 3 HRC.
– The friction surfaces are ground in a double-sided cross-grinding process.
