Stage6 0.35 mm carbon reed sheet - the ideal solution if the reed blades are damaged or if you want to try out reeds of a different thickness to change engine behavior. The reed petals are ideally suited for racing and high-end engines; they improve engine response and thus the acceleration.

A sheet from which you can cut out your own blades has various advantages. You can easily cut reeds for a wide variety of reed valve types, whether for scooters, motorcycles, mopeds or other vehicles with a reed valve. In addition, one sheet produces several plates, which is practical and saves money.

Cutting reed blades to size

Cutting out is very easy. We recommend that you first remove the original reeds to use as a template. You can then simply cut the new petals to size using scissors or a high-quality cutter knife. In some cases, slight sanding of the corners may be necessary to ensure a perfect seal with the reed valve block.
