The carburetor is an essential element for the smooth operation of the engine. For this reason, the original carburetor is usually replaced by a larger one like a 21mm Dell’Orto carburetor when tuning your engine, i.e. increasing displacement from 50cc to 70cc or installing a Sport or Racing cylinder.

The main jet is 102, so we recommend ordering a 5mm jet set for optimum carburetor adjustment.

The PHBG Racing Black carburetor is slightly different from the PHBG standard version. The float chamber is made of metal with a central drain plug to make changing the main jet easier; the carburetor cover is made of aluminum and can be easily screwed on / off, which makes replacing the needle really easy.
