Function of the chain roller

Chain rollers are necessary to ensure that the drive chain is guided correctly and does not come into contact with other elements such as the lower part of the frame or the air filter box.

When should the roller be replaced?

If the roller of the chain is too worn or can no longer rotate freely (seized bearing), it must be replaced.

Useful information:

To be on the safe side, it is best to measure the diameter of the original roller. It is better to stick to the specified standard diameter so that the chain does not touch any parts and no space is wasted.
