Stage6 Racing Clutch Kit for AM6

This kit is designed for anyone looking for a professional complete solution and upgrade for the clutch of their 50 cc AM6 engine (e.g. Rieju MRT, Yamaha DT50, Sherco 50, Beta 50 RR).

The combination of high-performance clutch plates, precision clutch pressure plate and special gear oil ensures not only easy installation but also increased performance and longer durability. All components have been carefully selected by specialists so that they perfectly work together: The Stage6 R/T MK2 clutch plates provide more friction surface, the MotoForce Racing pressure plate ensures precision and stability, and the Stage6 Racing gear oil guarantees optimum lubrication and prevents slippage.

Ideal for completely renewing the clutch without having to search for each individual component separately.

Stage6 R/T MK2 clutch plates

The Stage6 MK2 Racing plates are designed for high-performance engines. With 23 % more friction material distributed over a larger surface, they improve grip without increasing the thickness of the lining. The advanced design delivers noticeably more performance, especially on tuned AM6 engines where the stock clutch often reaches its limits. The reinforced springs perfectly complement the system, extending lifespan and enhancing performance under extreme conditions.

MotoForce Racing pressure plate

The Motoforce Racing clutch pressure plate is a clear improvement on the original AM6 component. It is completely milled from a solid aluminium block and anodized orange, which offers both technical and visual advantages. The uniform, flawless structure makes it significantly more resistant to mechanical stress, while the precise tolerances and flawless surface ensure exact functioning. The orange anodized finish provides additional protection against corrosion and gives every AM6 engine a striking racing look

Stage6 Racing 10W-40 gear oil

Stage6 Racing oil has been specially developed for manual transmissions and wet clutches of 2- and 4-stroke engines with separate lubrication. The anti-slip formula prevents clutch slippage, while the shear stability ensures constant properties even under high loads. In addition to maximum wear and corrosion protection, it enables smooth and fast gear changes. The 1 L vintage-style can is practical for use and adds a stylish touch to any workshop.
