Malossi offers two reinforced versions - the V-One housing with rotary valve intake and the VR-One with reed valve intake. The Malossi VR-One with reed valve intake is the perfect choice for ambitious and tuners.

Features Malossi VR-One case:

• Racing crankcase: The Malossi VR-One is designed for high performance. Classic weak points were reinforced. Roller bearings instead of needle bearings increase the load bearing capacity. Innovative screw connection with M8 (instead of M7) screws for stronger and tighter connection of both halves.
• Reed valve intake: Supplied with reinforced 6-blade reed valeve. High-quality carbon plates guarantee an increase in performance at all engine speeds.
• Intake manifold: Supplied with 360° rotatable intake manifold for PHBH 30 - 34 mm carburetors. The intake manifold has a die-cast flange that is connected to a Viton screw connection via a profiled lip, which guarantees a perfect seal. Can be perfectly adapted to the vehicle / setup.
• High-quality workmanship: Manufactured with high-precision CNC technology and a lightweight aluminum alloy for excellent mechanical strength.
• Easy installation: Installation requires no additional components. To overcome the inefficiencies of the standard mounting system (bolt-nut), the nuts have been removed and threads have been integrated in the gearbox case (left side) and anchor points in the ignition case (right side). This facilitates assembly and disassembly and prevents the loss or damage of screws during operation.
