Front Rim Crimaz Velocissimo for Piaggio Zip, 2.50-10″.

Good news for Piaggio Zip SP owners: The tuning forge Crimaz from Italy offers with this rim a HQ replica of the front wheel rim of the Piaggio Zip SP, which is no longer available for purchase.

The rim is made in Italy by AlSi7Mg0.3 aluminum casting + hardening process. The surface is untreated and finished with a microblasting process (bead blasting with stainless steel microspheres). Unlike the original Grimeca, which was made by die casting, the Crimaz is made by gravity casting with sand cores. The rim is therefore more elastic, more resistant to shocks and much lighter (90 g lighter).

Although this is a replica rim, the 5 spokes are more robust especially where they connect to the rim and in the middle area. The valve remains the same, it can be mounted on original Piaggio Zip, Vespa et2/4 and derivative hubs or aftermarket hubs.

The centering diameter of the rim is Ø 46.05.
