Motoforce Racing CVT V2 - CPI / Keeway

The updated Motoforce Racing V2 variator is specifically engineered for 2-stroke scooters with a 16 mm crankshaft stub. Redesigned ramp disks deliver smoother power delivery and consistent acceleration across the entire rev range. Precision manufacturing ensures optimal energy transfer and reliable performance.

• Includes: Sleeve, ramp plate, sliders and two sets of 15x12mm rollers (5.5g and 6.0g)
• Attention: Please check whether the original CVT is designed for 16 mm stump

Motoforce Racing V-belt reinforced (short, Minarelli type)

Drive belt made from high-strength polyamide for Chinese 2-stroke scooters with short crankcases. The material provides excellent durability, low weight, and optimal power transfer. The reinforced belt retains the original characteristics and allows for quick and easy replacement.

Motoforce Racing pulley CPI / Keeway

The CNC-machined front pulley made from high-quality aluminum has an integrated fan wheel. The optimized flank angle improves power transfer, while the special polymer coating prevents deformation and belt slip. The result is smooth operation, reduced wear and a longer service life even under demanding conditions.

The design eliminates the need for a star washer and ensures a precise, durable fit and smooth operation with minimal wear.

Motoforce Racing Evolution clutch 107mm

The "Evolution" racing clutch with three shoes allows stepless spring preload adjustment via a convenient Allen screw on the backside, no disassembly required. In addition, the spring holders can be easily removed, allowing quick and precise changes. This system allows for more precise control over the clutch engagement and provides more aggressive and customizable starts to suit any riding style.
