Polini Hi Speed variator for Piaggio 50cc 4-stroke (Aprilia Scarabeo, Gilera Runner, Piaggio Liberty / Zip 2, Vespa Primavera / ET / LX etc.)

The Polini Hi-Speed variator is a performance-enhancing variator designed to improve acceleration and power transmission in scooters. Thanks to optimized ramp angles and high-quality materials, it ensures smoother shifting, stronger mid-range pull and a higher top speed potential compared to the stock variator.

Advantages of the Polini Hi speed CVT

The pulley angle is specifically designed to improve acceleration, while the roller tracks are polished for smoother operation. Lubrication of the variator sleeve has also been improved, and the material of the roller weights is now even more durable. All of these factors not only increase performance but also reduce maintenance intervals and costs.

The variator is developed for use with original torque driver and standard V-belt; however, we recommend the use of a reinforced V-belt.
