Cylinder 94cc Polini alloy D. 52mm / 44mm stroke Minarelli AM6. Polini 94cc kit takes the popular AM6 engine to an entirely new tuning level. You probably won’t find much more power for this type of engine, so if you want maximum performance – here it is!

The cylinder is designed for racing use and is especially powerful in the mid to upper rpm range. It is made of a high-quality aluminium alloy, the barrel is coated with a resistant hard chrome plating. The 1-ring piston has high silicon content to minimize the thermal expansion that is likely to occur due to the heat generated by such an extremely tuned engine. The cylinder head, which is manufactured by gravity casting, is also designed for optimum cooling.

Of course the rest of your setup should be adjusted. Polini offers the appropriate exhaust P200.0422 and crankshaft P210.0069. We also recommend the use of a minimum 28mm PWK carburetor and reinforced clutch springs.
