Cylinder Head modular Voca Race Head 54mm Yamaha DT LC/D, two-piece tuning cylinder head for Yamaha DT 50 as well as TZR 50 and 80. The perfect complement for the Cylinder Voca BigBore 100ccm d.54mm / 43mm stroke Yamaha DT , which is supplied without head. Available in several colours.

The Race Head from Voca Racing is 100% Racing. Owners of Yamaha DT and TZR can use this cylinder head to extremely increase the performance of their moped and realize a variety of tuning options.

This two-piece head is composed of an anodized CNC machined aluminium water jacket and a 54mm combustion chamber and comes with gaskets, water connection and blocking pin.

The cooling capacity has been significantly improved by an innovative channel design compared to the original, resulting in higher output. The new big thing and great advantage of this cylinder head is the possibility to rotate it by 180°, which allows the use of different radiator models.

The simple head gasket used in the original head is replaced by O-rings to ensure better sealing and reliability.

The combustion chamber can be changed, so that experienced tuners can further adjust the performance.

The cylinder head can be combined with various cylinders (with 42/43mm stroke and 54mm bore). With other strokes and longer connecting rods it is important to keep the recommended squish clearance of 0.08mm. The head is equipped with a blocking pin that prevents rotation when tightening or loosening the spark plug.

You can use the original temperature sensor. For digital instruments we recommend the Stage6 temperature sensor (M10x1mm).
