The Italkit 96cc Ø52mm cylinder is the perfect solution to maximize the performance of Derbi Senda Euro 3 and Euro 4 motorcycles. Precision engineered by Italkit, this high performance cylinder is made from aluminum and finished with a Nikasil coating for exceptional durability and reliability.

By increasing the displacement from 50cc to 96cc, this kit allows for greater intake of the fuel-air mixture, generating more power and torque, ideal for more aggressive and efficient riding as well as better acceleration and top speed.

• Bore: Ø52mm for 45mm long stroke
• Aluminum cylinder with flawless Nikasil coating.
• Graphite piston: 1-ring piston with 12mm piston pin (also available with 14mm pin).
• Transfer ports: 4 side and 2 rear to optimize the gas flow.
• Exhaust: with large boost ports for more power.
• Cylinder head with hemispherical dome: with generous water channels and large hose connection for optimum cooling.
• Included: Stud bolts, centering pins for the cylinder head, gasket set, high-quality silver-plated small end bearing and detailed installation instructions.

• Long-stroke crankshaft
• PWK carburetor with at least 30 mm diameter.
