Polini SPORT 70cc cylinder kit, vertical Minarelli AC (MBK Booster / Yamaha BW's and other 50cc scooters), the cast iron version of the aluminum cylinder from Polini. One of the most popular entry-level tuning cylinders on the market.

Performance Polini 70cc cast iron cylinder

The Sport is a high-torque, durable cast iron cylinder with 2-ring pistons for everyday use, with good pull and acceleration, especially in the lower and medium RPM range. In terms of performance, it can deliver around 8 hp with the appropriate configuration (17.5 mm carburetor and sports exhaust).

In addition to top performance, the Polini cast iron cylinder scores above all for its high robustness and durability. The cylinder can be used with the original carburetor.

• 47 mm cast iron cylinder with 5 transfer ports and simple exhaust port
• 2-ring piston with 12 mm piston pin

ATTENTION: For this model with 12mm piston pin you need a crankshaft with a corresponding 12mm connecting rod.

TECH Tip:

• 300 km run-in period (150 km with ½ throttle and 150 km with ¾ throttle).
• If you keep the oil pump, we recommend using Stage6 oil (due to its fluidity, the pump's distribution circuit will not be clogged).
