Polini Corsa 70cc cylinder kit

The "Corsa" is Polini's modified, more powerful version of their 70cc sport cylinder, here for Yamaha Aerox / Malaguti F12 or other 50cc scooters with Minarelli horizontal LC engine.

Technical data Polini Corsa:

• Cast iron cylinder, bore = 47mm, with 5 transfer ports and single, oval outlet
• 2-ring piston, 12mm piston pin
• High-compression cylinder head, aluminum
• Gasket set
• 2x carbon reed petals for original reed valve

Performance Polini Corsa 70:

Slightly longer port timings, larger port cross-sections and higher compression significantly increase the performance of this cast iron cylinder. The "Corsa" delivers an outstanding performance, especially at high rpms, and is very durable on top of that.

With the right configurationn (carburetor with at least 17.5 mm diameter, reinforced crankshaft and racing exhaust), the Corsa can deliver 10 to 13 hp.

The Polini Corsa is not approved for road use.

ATTENTION: For this model with 12mm pin you need a crankshaft with a connecting rod with 12mm small end bearing.
