From the racing specialists at Stage6 R/T comes this absolute top-tier cylinder, which has already broken several records: Cylinder Stage6 R/T 70cc Derbi Euro 3 / Euro 4 (D50B0 / D50B1) with a 47.6mm bore.
Included in the Stage6 70 cylinder kit for Derbi Senda:
- Aluminum cylinder with 47.6mm bore, with 6 transfer ports and split exhaust port
- High-quality 12mm piston with extra-thin piston ring
- High compression cylinder head, modular design, with removable combustion chamber (orange anodized)

Stage6 R/T 70cc cylinder MK1 - Innovative assembly
The real game-changer with this kit is the spacer/adapter plate installation. The CNC-machined adapter plate is bolted to the engine casing and holds the cylinder using external studs. This eliminates the need for through-studs, which opens up new possibilities for further modifications to the exhaust and transfer ports since they are no longer restricted by conventional race cylinder designs.
The Viton® O-ring seal between the adapter plate and cylinder ensures leak-free assembly and eliminates the need for later adjustments. Additionally, the base plate is independent of the cylinder, meaning you can change the piston without removing the plate.
Stage6 R/T Racing Cylinder 70 - High-end racing performance
In terms of performance, this cylinder is at the absolute top – 24HP is achievable with the right setup. Thermal efficiency is outstanding: the combustion dome is secured with five bolts, each of which is individually cooled through its own cooling pocket. This effectively eliminates heat-related piston seizures caused by hotspots around the studs.
Stage6 cylinder installation instructions
Note: the crankcase has to be machined a little to make room for the cylinder base (D. = 56.7mm +/- 0.1mm, 10mm deep). A detailed installation manual is included.

Setup stage6 R/T 70cc Kit Derbi
The 70 R/T cylinder kit is comes with an exhaust flange that allows installation of all standard Derbi exhausts.
We currently recommend the following Stage6 exhausts for maximum performance:
- Exhaust Stage6 R/T 70 - 80, low-mount version
- Exhaust Stage6 R/T 70 - 80, high-mount version
