Stage6 R/T cylinder with innovative assembly
Based on the well-known, record-breaking 70cc cylinder, the 95cc version will get you plenty of power and loads of options for improving performance. In contrast to most competitors, Stage6 opted for completely redesigned exhaust and transfer ports and thus offers a thoroughbred high-end BigBore cylinder that has not simply been bored out! In figures: 24 - 26 hp are quite realistic, of course only in combination with the right setup. We recommend the Stage6 R/T 95 exhaust.
Installation instructions Stag6 R/T cylinder
The cylinder has a 52mm piston and a stroke of 44 mm and is combined with a 90mm connecting rod, for 50cc scooters with Minarelli horizontal LC engine. Important: for optimum use of the Stage6 R/T cylinder, it is essential to use a crankshaft with 44 mm stroke and 90 mm connecting rod. To install the cylinder, the crankcase must be opened up in order to fit the cylinder base.
The dimensions are as follows:
