Stage6 R/T MK 2 brake disc - Maximum braking power
The Stage6 R/T MK 2 brake disc is made of high-quality martensitic steel; this type of steel is particularly hard, resulting in a very long service life. The floating brake disc ensures optimum braking performance even under extreme conditions. The braking force is distributed more evenly than with normal discs, which results in better brake response and more even wear of the brake pads. In addition, heat distribution is optimized and expansion and warping at high temperatures is minimized.
Stage6 R/T 4-piston caliper with adapter - high-end racing brake caliper
The Stage6 R/T 4-piston brake caliper is a high-end product. Whether on the road or on the race track, the brake caliper ensures even safer handling for your scooter and braking can be delayed until the last moment.
The Stage6 R/T 4-piston brake caliper impresses with increased rigidity and optimized free movement of the pistons. User-friendliness has also been significantly improved through the use of an additional bleed screw. The new design also provides a 20% larger friction surface on the brake pads.
To provide additional support for the brake pistons, a specially developed return spring is used, which returns the brake pistons to their resting position immediately after braking. The result is maximum freedom of movement for the wheel when the brake lever is in neutral.
The adapter that comes with the caliper is suitable for mounting the brake caliper with the original fork mount. Thanks to the flexible design of the adapter, it is possible to fit 190mm, 220mm, 240mm and 280mm brake discs. The CNC-milled aluminum adapter offers high stability even for extreme braking manoevers.
Stage6 R/T sintered brake pads with superior Grip
The racing brake pads from Stage6 for disc brakes are made from a high-quality sintered metal compound with a direct response, even when riding at high speeds and in extreme conditions. The linings are very heat-resistant and allows for intensive use.
