Dell'Orto from Italy developed over time into the largest manufacturer of motorcycle carburetors and today works with industry giants such as Bosch.

The carburetor can be optimally adjusted via the jet size. If the jet is too large, the mixture becomes too rich. If the jet is too small, the mixture becomes too lean.

The pilot jet is responsible for fine tuning and regulates the gasoline-air mixture in the lower and middle rpm range.
