Pistons Schmitt Sport by Vertex 40,98 C Simson

High quality 60cc replacement piston from Schmitt, manufactured by Vertex, the premium manufacturer for performance pistons.

Nominal piston size is 40.98 -C- for 60cc cylinders with 41mm bore. The pistons are designed to replace the original piston.

The 1mm thin piston rings are hard chrome plated and the aluminum alloy has a very high silicon content. Two additional lubrication holes have been added for the 12mm piston pin. These are offset so as not to weaken the piston pin guide.

Can be used with C-clips or G-clips, with recess for removing C-clips.

The piston is optimally balanced and therefore does not tilt, which increases service life and reduces vertical running marks. The piston ring pins are rounded to protect the piston rings and prevent breakage.
