Polini air filters are made with a highly efficient foam of flexible, expanded polyurethane based on cross-linked polyester. This design ensures efficient and long-lasting filter performance.

Double layer design:

• Blue layer (60 PPI): Filters out smaller particles and extends the life of the filter by preventing larger particles from coming into contact with the filter.
• Black layer (30 PPI): Retains larger particles before the fine layer to ensure efficient air filtration.

Advantages of the Polini air filter foam:

• The corrugated outer surface allows a larger air intake and removes up to 50% of coarse dust particles.
