Stage6 Tuning Kit cylinder + crankshaft Big Racing 88cc stroke 45mm Derbi Euro 2

To get the maximum out of your 2-wheeler, we recommend to get a matching cylinder and crankshaft. We decided to put together a performance kit based on the new Stage6 BigRacing cylinders for mopeds with gearbox: Stage6 Cylinder + Crankshaft Kit Big Racing 88cc for Derbi Euro 2. The powerful tuning kit includes:

• aluminium cylinder 88cc with 5 transfer ports and bridged exhaust port, 45mm stroke for 90mm conrod
• 1-ring piston Vertex complete with pin, ring and circlip, 50mm
• high compression cylinder head, monobloc, aluminium
• cylinder gaskets (head and base)
• Airsal X-Trem crankshaft, 45mm stroke, 90mm connecting rod and small end bearing 12x16x16mm

The Big Racing cylinder can be used for everyday riding, but considering its enormous power potential it is the perfect cylinder for any tuning project. Port timings are relatively low, cooling system volume is quite large, workmanship and materials are excellent - this cylinder is ready to go on the race track, be it for drag racing or long-distance circuit races.

The Airsal X-Trem is a high-end full circle crankshaft with 18mm crankpin and polished wear-resistant connecting rod.

In terms of output, the Big Racing cylinder plus Airsal crankshaft knock it out of the ballpark: in combination with an appropriate set-up (24mm carburetor, reinforced clutch, racing exhaust etc.) you can easily reach 25hp.
