Stage6 R/T engine pack 95cc AM6
We can now present the ultimate Stage6 R/T 95 engine pack, consisting of cylinder, crankshaft and crankshaft bearings. The engine pack guarantees maximum performance without you having to worry about the compatibility of the individual components and the optimum setup. In figures: 30 hp and more are quite achievable here, of course only with the perfect configuration.
The S6 R/T 95 kit consists of the following components:
- 1x cylinder Stage6 R/T 95 AM6
- 1x crankshaft Stage6 R/T 44mm stroke / 90mm connecting rod
- 1x set of crankshaft bearings C3 polymer and oil seals
Racing cylinder Stage6 R/T 95
The Stage6 R/T 95 from Stage6 is a racing cylinder with brute power - pure racing. Stage6 developed completely redesigned exhaust and transfer ports and thus offers a thoroughbred high-end big bore cylinder that has not simply been bored out a bit.
The thermal properties are excellent - the combustion chamber dome is bolted five times, each bolt connection is cooled by its own cooling pocket. The critical points on the stud bolts, which often lead to piston jamming, have thus been eliminated.
The 95cc cylinder is mounted with four external stud bolts, eliminating the bulges for the stud bolts passing through the cylinder. This results in further tuning potential with even larger channels.
STAGE6 R/T racing crankshaft
Meticulously balanced high-end racing full circle crankshaft with tungsten inserts. The tuning crankshaft features precise manufacturing and adherence to tight tolerances. The CNC-milled connecting rod is extremely durable and offers maximum strength for use in racing engines.
The very precise balancing using high-quality tungsten inserts prevents strong vibrations and ensures optimally smooth running. The crank pin measures 18mm instead of 16mm, the crank webs have an increased diameter of 77mm; both increase the load capacity and durability of the shaft.
What other components fit the 95cc engine pack?
To get the most out of the AM6 95cc tuning kit and use its full potential, we recommend combining it with the following components: the Stage6 R/T exhaust 95, a larger PWK carburetor; a Vforce3 reed valve; a reinforced clutch and, if you want even more power, an internal rotor ignition like the MVT Digital Direct.
