Polini’s popular Hi-Speed variator is also available for 50cc 4-stroke engines: Rear Shock Absorber Polini Vespa Primavera / Sprint. It is in contrast to the widespread oversize models this is a “standard” model; it can be used with the original torque drive and a standard V-belt.

Redesigned and optimized angles expand the transmission range and lead to noticeably more power, which mainly shows in better acceleration, but top speed is also increased a bit. The hard chromium plated roller tracks lead to excellent and extremely smooth running performance and increase the service life of the variator.

The CVT comes with a special CDI. Simply install instead of the original CDI. There are no further adjustments required.
