Avoiding an overheated engine is particularly important for tuned 50cc engines. Installing the Stage6 high flow water pump for Derbi can significantly improve the engine's cooling system.
The water pump kit contains a colored anodized spacer for the cover, a drive shaft, an oversize impeller, O-rings and screws.
The base plate for the cover is available in different colors, so that you can upgrade your motorcycle not only in terms of performance, but also visually.

- Increased cooling capacity: Oversized, CNC-machined and anodized impeller to increase cooling volume, which is absolutely essential for the small radiators typically installed on 50cc bikes.
Individual customizing: CNC-milled and colour-anodized base plate for perfect color customizing.
- Perfect seal: The O-rings ensure a perfect seal; no paper gasket or sealant is required.
Installation stage6 water pump with extra high flow Derbi E3 / E4
Installing the Stage6 water pump for Derbi is very easy: First drain the coolant, remove the cover of the original water pump and the impeller. You should also check the condition of the water pump seal and replace it if necessary.
During installation, insert the water pump shaft with the Stage6 impeller, insert the base plate for the cover with O-rings and fit the water pump cover (original or Stage6). Then connect the Derbi radiator hoses and bleed the cooling system. We recommend replacing the old coolant with new one.
You have two options for the water pump cover:
- Use the original Derbi water pump cover
- Use the Stage6 R/T water pump cover made of CNC aluminum to improve cooling even more
