With this kit you can completely rebuild your Derbi E3 engine (Derbi Senda / GPR 50, Gilera RCR / SMT, Aprilia RS / RX 50 etc.). It includes the main components – cylinder and crankshaft – which are perfectly matched for easy installation, no modifications required. The ideal solution to restore full performance to your 50cc Derbi Euro 3 engine – reliable, precise, and built to original factory specifications.
The main advantage of this kit is that all parts are carefully matched to work together smoothly. All necessary gaskets, seals, and bearings are included for a complete, hassle-free installation.

50cc cylinder MotoForce Derbi Senda
The 50cc MotoForce cylinder matches the original Derbi engine in all technical details. Made of cast iron, it features the same number of transfers and identical exhaust port design. The 2-ring piston with 12mm wrist pin and circlips is included and ready for direct installation.
OEM style cylinder head Derbi Euro 3
The cylinder head for Derbi Euro 3 is a high-quality and cost-effective alternative to the original. It meets all the technical requirements for reliable operation on 50 cc engines. Its universal design is compatible with both original cylinders and aftermarket replicas, making it suitable for future upgrades or maintenance.
Note: Motorcycles with Derbi Euro 4 engines use a slightly smaller temperature sensor (thread: M12 x 1.5) than the Euro 3 models (M14 x 1.5). For Euro 4 you can use the adapter MF96.91010 or order the matching engine pack for Derbi Euro 4.
Crankshaft OEM Quality Derbi
The included crankshaft exactly matches the dimensions and specifications of the original. It provides the same pre-compression and running dynamics as the stock crank. A robust and economical solution for replacing a worn or damaged crankshaft, maintaining the original measurements, balance and tolerances. Includes HQ small end bearing.
Crankshaft bearings and oil seals
The kit includes reinforced, high-quality bearings designed for long life and smooth operation. Supplied as matched pairs with the corresponding seals to ensure perfect sealing and a quiet, reliable engine.
