“2Fast” – a name that stands for excellent performance! 2Fast 86cc Cylinder Kit (44mm stroke / 50mm diameter) MBK Nitro / Aerox (Minarelli horizontal LC), also available as tuning kit (cylinder kit + crankshaft), only for Minarelli engines.

These cylinders differ from the “old” 47.6mm ones regarding several features:

• Exhaust port is divided and bridged (no auxiliary boost ports)
• Transfer ports were redesigned to match the new size
• 50mm piston with 13mm pin (HQ Malossi piston Big Bore 86cc)
• Designed for 90mm connecting rod, new cylinder head shape, etc.. 

It has to be used with crankshafts with 44mm stroke, a 90mm connecting rod and a 13mm piston pin (small end bearing 13x17x17.5mm). Definitely one of the most powerful cylinder kits available in this category, since it will give you 25/26hp out of the box, without any modifications!

To unlock the enormous potential of this kit, we recommend combining it with a 30mm carburetor (minimum), a digital internal rotor ignition and a “Hyper Racing +70cc” exhaust (the “2Fast 86cc exhaust” is probably the best exhaust to go with this kit).

NOTE: you’ll have to mill in the crankcase to make room for the cylinder base and the long-stroke crankshaft (instructions in manual). You will also need 100/101mm long cylinder studs.
