INTAKE SYSTEM STAGE6 R/T HIGH FLOW 28MM DERBI / MINARELLI AM6

The experienced Stage6 R&D engineers developed a new intake system that allows you to get the maximum power out of your Minarelli AM6 or Derbi engine: Intake manifold Stage6 R/T High Flow 28mm Derbi / AM6 (for carburetors with 19 - 28mm passage).

Premium Workmanship

The Stage6 R/T High-Flow intake system is made of high quality aluminum, the flawless finish was achieved by using the most advanced CNC technology. The intake spacer is available as an anodized in orange or black version and features the well-known Stage6 laser engraved logo.

The Stage6 R/T high-flow intake system is ideal for tuning and racing; it is slightly wedge-shaped to allow the use of a larger carburetor. Thanks to the tilt angle, the carburetor can be readjusted on the left side of your bike and aligned so that it does not touch on the engine case or associated attachments.

That's not the only feature of this intake system, by the way; the inserts for the intake spacer are interchangeable, so you can fit different reed valves. This version comes with a 28 mm round insert and can be used universally. For optimal assembly you can adjust the stuffer of your reed valve and/or the insert to your bike's build.

Optimized flow - top performance

In terms of performance, the High Flow intake manifold has a few key advantages: the transitions and the layout in the intake spacer have been optimized so that there are no hard edges so the gas flow is unobstructed and smoothed out. This improves gas flow, which in turn leads to higher performance. The result: stable pull and better acceleration.

For even more power we recommend to combine the High-Flow intake system with a 5mm Stage6 reed valve spacer (SKU: S6-3318805/OR & S6-3318805/BK), which is installed between crankcase and reed valve.

Notice:
The intake manifold is supplied without rubber manifold for carburetor, you can choose the appropriate adapter according to carburetor type and size:

- 21 mm for Dellorto carburetor
- 30 mm for Mikuni TM24
- 32 mm for PWK carburetors 19 to 28mm
