Airsal, the company casting cylinders for Metrakit as well, designs and produces the popular sport, a cylinder that will give you exceptional value for your money. It is featuring a bridged twin exhaust port and a self-centring cylinder head for water-cooled engines.

We did test runs on our scooters with very convincing results. Its only shortcoming: the piston skirt’s edges are a bit rough, and should be smoothed with fine grade sandpaper.

For water-cooled vertical Peugeot engines. Performance: 9-11hp.

Please note that you’ll have to adjust “squish clearance” when installing aluminium cylinders to get maximum power and reliability.
