Clutch kit 105 mm Motoforce Yamaha bws

The Motoforce clutch set includes a tuning clutch and a clutch bell in OEM quality Ø105 mm. An ideal option for retrofitting Minarelli scooters manufactured up to 1998 (Yamaha Aerox / BWs / Jog, MBK Nitro / Booster / Mach, Aprilia SR 50, etc), with 105 mm bell / original 2-jaw clutch.

Minarelli clutch kit in brief

• The Motoforce Racing clutch has lighter clutch shoes, allowing the clutch to engage with the bell at higher engine speeds, which improves performance and response. In contrast to the original 2-jaw clutch, this tuning model has 3 clutch shoes, but is easy to install and requires no additional adjustment.
• The Motoforce 105mm clutch bell is a replica of the original model and offers the same performance as from the factory.

For easier installation, it is recommended to purchase the appropriate clutch locking tool separately, an essential item for every workshop.

→ IMPORTANT: From 1998, Minarelli engines were fitted with different clutches. It is advisable to check whether the original clutch has 2 jaws (Ø105 mm) or 3 jaws (Ø107 mm), or to measure the inner diameter of the bell. This kit is intended for Minarelli engines manufactured before 1998 with original 2-jaw clutch and 105mm bell.
