Clutch Kit dry SG Racing Derbi Euro 3 / Euro 4. This exceptional kit was designed for racing fans who want to get maximum performance out of their Derbi Euro 3 and 4 engines.

This multi-disc dry clutch is based on Ducati engines or Grand Prix motorbikes, but has been specially developed for Derbi engines. As the name suggests, this clutch operates without oil. The advantages:

  • maximum power +0,5/1hp
  • improved extension of transmission

The absence of oil allows a more direct contact of the friction surfaces, the engagement and disengagement of the clutch becomes much more direct, engine response is much improved and the the engine can work more efficiently.

This dry clutch for Derbi can be used on racing setups from 50cc to 100cc. It consists of all parts necessary for assembly and can be mounted without any further adjustments:

• • aluminium case (with the option to keep the original water pump)
  • 4 friction discs + 4 plain discs + 5 springs (racing)
  • spacers, needle bearings and oil seals
  • oil level screw

• primary transmission ratio = original Derbi
• mounting screws with thread lock and tighten with 10Nm (M6 screws)
• use an electric water pump for more power
• use of the kick starter no longer possible
