Crankshaft Stage6 HPC stroke 52mm / connecting rod 105mm for Piaggio / Gilera 125 – 180 cc 2-stroke, the perfect match for original and tuning cylinders, no matter if with only moderately or considerably enhanced performance. The Stage6 crankshaft meets any ambitious scooter owner’s demands, especially in cases of engines with significantly increased performance.

The high-quality full-circle crankshaft has been lightened internally on the shoulder side; in combination with the copper counterbalance weights on the other side the crankshaft is perfectly balanced. The result: the engine runs smoothly over a wide range of applications and for all usages, whether for normal road us or for circuit and sprint racing. The crankshaft is equipped with a high-quality forged connecting rod with silver-forging finish to round off the high-quality design.

In this version, the connecting rod is 105mm long, with a crank stroke of 52mm. Machining of the housing is NOT necessary.

We recommend installing new crankshaft bearings and oil seals (part number S6-8034101).
