Elaborately balanced high-end racing full-flange crankshaft with light alloy inserts.

The tuning crankshaft is characterized by precise manufacturing and adherence to tight tolerances. The CNC-milled connecting rod is extremely resistant and offers maximum strength for use in racing engines, while at the same time optimizing the flow characteristics.

The very precise balancing via light metal inserts prevents strong vibrations and ensures optimally smooth engine running. The crankpin measures 18mm instead of 16mm, which naturally increases durability. It goes without saying that the needle bearing supplied is also of the highest quality.

Compatibility and installation of the S6 racing shaft

The Stage6 R/T crankshaft with 85mm connecting rod can only be used with cylinders that are designed for use with an 85mm connecting rod. The perfect complement is the Stage6 R/T 70cc cylinder for Piaggio.

If you ride a cylinder with 80mm original connecting rod, the Stage6 5mm cylinder spacer must be used. The spacer is simply used as an additional base gasket and the original stud bolts are replaced by longer ones.

Plug & Play installation - the Stage6 R/T shaft can be installed without any further modifications, without the need to mill the engine case. We recommend using a set of new crankshaft bearings.
