Cylinder Airsal Sport 70cc aluminium Honda Dio 2-stroke

Airsal 70cc Aluminium Cylinder Kit "Sport" Honda Dio AC 2-stroke.

The cylinder is made of Nikasil-plated aluminium and comes with a two-ring piston. It has 5 transfer ports and a one-piece trapezoid exhaust port. This kit has a lot of torque and is also quite powerful, especially in the mid rpm range.

All necessary parts are included (complete piston + gasket kit).

In combination with a racing exhaust and a 17.5mm carburetor (at least), this kit can reach between 7 and 10hp. Please note that you'll have to adjust squish clearance when installing aluminium cylinders to get maximum power and reliability.

Cylinder head is not included (keep original).
