Athena cast iron cylinder Big Bore 102cc for Vespa 50 2T

Maximum torque and power for classic Vespa.

This Athena kit has been specially developed for Vespa PK, HP, XL, Special and Piaggio Ape. With a Ø55mm bore, the cylinder offers 102cc displacement (in combination with original crankshaft with 43mm stroke).

The robust cast iron cylinder guarantees durability and performance. The two-ring piston provides exceptional torque, while the compression ratio of 12.6:1 in combination with the high-compression cylinder head maximizes performance.

The kit includes a 55mm bore cast iron cylinder, two-ring piston with piston pin and retaining clips, gasket set, bolts and installation instructions.

Recommended configuration:

For optimum performance, we recommend a larger carburetor, an extended transmission and reinforced components such as crankshaft and racing exhaust.

Attention: Not approved for road use.

Note: Cylinder head and cylinder base gaskets are specially designed for ATHENA kits. If the kit is dismantled, only ATHENA replacement gaskets may be used.
