Piaggio Ciao 50 cylinder kit - Exceptional performance and optimized design

This cylinder is supplied without a cylinder head and impresses with its highly efficient timing, sophisticated architecture and exceptional aluminum quality. The workmanship is first-class and ensures a long service life. The cylinder has a special exhaust reinforcement and six specially arranged transfer ports - two on the side and four at the rear, which optimize the gas flow and ensure improved performance.

Piaggio bravo 50 Alu Kit - performance and efficiency

The cylinder is equipped with a high-quality VERTEX piston with a bore of 38.4 mm and a 12 mm piston pin. This piston maximizes torque without sacrificing high revs. The kit contains everything needed for installation: Gaskets, piston, piston pin and clips.

A version with 10 mm piston pin is also available.

For optimum performance, we recommend using the cylinder with a larger carburetor, a racing exhaust, a tuning crankshaft, a racing spark plug and 100% synthetic oil.

Important note: The gaskets included in the kit are specially designed for ATHENA cylinders. When dismantling, original Athena gaskets should always be used to ensure optimum sealing.
