Intake Kit Stage6 28mm Piaggio – complete tuning intake kit for Piaggio scooters.

We assembled this high-end tuning package to save you time and headaches when tuning your intake system. This kit allows upgrading the intake system of your two-wheeler in one go and improve performance noticeably. The components fit together perfectly, so you don’t have to worry about anything – just install the parts and you’re done.

The installation of a larger carburator, in this case 28mm, is recommended for tuning measures of all kinds (higher displacement, racing exhaust etc.). The Stage6 R/T PWK carburator with Powerjet improves engine response and supports even very powerful engines optimally. Note: As this is a racing product, the carburator has neither vacuum nor oil connection.

The CNC-machined Stage6 R/T intake manifold + spacer is designed for direct mounting of flat slide carburettors towards the rear wheel without the carburattor becoming too slanted. The special flow-optimized bore through the intake manifold and spacer improves intake.

The Stage6 R/T FKM (Viton®) reed valve is the perfect addition for large carburetors. The two-petal reed block made of fuel-resistant material seals perfectly and comes with Venturi stuffers as well as 2 sets of reed petals (carbon + glass fibre).

As a matter of course, an open air filteris a must for a setup like this, we opted for a Big Stage6 Double Layer Racing air filter in black. The different cell structure of the two foam layers ensures optimum airflow and excellent filtering.

Also included is a HQ 5x9mm fuel hose from Stage6, made of high-quality, durable and slow-hardening material.
