MotoForce Racing intake manifold design for PWK 26 - 34mm

The MotoForce Racing intake pipe is made from a single piece of hard-density rubber, with 4 oblong holes for fitting to Minarelli AM6 and Derbi engines. This vulcanized rubber resists hydrocarbons and ensures excellent intake sealing. A reinforcement is integrated at the rear of the intake pipe to support the weight of PWK carburetors. This version has a 35 mm intake connection and is venturized to 32 mm, making it ideal for PWK carburetors from 26 to 34 mm.

For installation on carburetors larger than 28 mm, we recommend soaking the intake pipe in boiling water for a few minutes, then fitting the carburetor directly onto it, so that the rubber fits perfectly as it cools.

For best performance, we recommend aligning the venturized pipe with the venturi of your AM6 or Derbi valve box. This operation is fairly simple to carry out using a file or a rotary power tool.
