70cc or 77cc are simply not enough? We might just have what you need – Malossi 86cc Aluminium Cylinder Kit “MHR Team Big Bore”, 44mm, Piaggio NRG / Runner (Piaggio / Gilera LC, 44mm stroke, 13mm pin).

Based on the “70cc MHR Team 2”, this kit, with 50mm bore and 44mm stroke, has no less than 86cc in stock. It is basically identical to the 77cc kit, except that the stroke is longer (44mm), that it can only be run with 85mm connecting rod and that it has a 13mm piston pin.Port timings are slightly shorter to increase torque. The Malossi 86cc Aluminium Cylinder Kit “MHR Team Big Bore”, 44mm, Piaggio NRG / Runner can reach 22/24hp out of the box (without modifications to cylinder).

As with all “MHR Team” cylinders, you’ll have to mill the crankcase to make room for the cylinder base and the crankshaft.

Note: this kit can only be run with crankshafts with 44mm stroke, 85mm connecting rod and 17mm needle cage (for 13mm piston pin.)
