MXS Racing Kit – Cylinder, Piston and Cylinder Head – designed and developed by MXS, Maxiscoot’s Racing Department.

The Nikasil-plated aluminium cylinder has 5 transfer ports and an oval exhaust port. It comes with a HQ single-ring piston (12mm pin) and a high-compression cylinder head (port timings: 196°/132°/134°).

With 19hp out of the box and in combination with the right set-up, but without any major modifications, this kit will wow even the most demanding pilot.

To unlock the full potential of this cylinder kit, we recommend a 28mm carburetor (at least 21mm), a “Big Valve” reed valve, a digital inner rotor ignition and a high-quality racing crankshaft.

You will have to use a high-end acing exhaust to go with this kit, otherwise the cylinder will overheat! We recommend the MXS Racing 2014, Stage6 R1400 or at least the Yasuni Carrera 16 (flange diam. 26mm and stinger pipe diam. at least 16mm!).

The kit comes with complete piston (pin, circlips and ring included) and the proper gaskets for mounting. To make sure to get maximum power and reliability out of this cylinder kit, you should definitely adjust “ squish clearance ” when mounting it (cylinder spacers are included).
