Drive Belt Polini Original Piaggio Typhoon / Aprilia SR Motard after 2011

This belt is the perfect replacement for the original belt, if you want to replace it with a stronger one. Due to the high quality materials it is very durable and temperature resistant and can also be used for 50cc – 70cc tuning setups. Note: Drive belts should always fit properly. Belts that are too narrow and therefore sit too low reduce top speed, belts that are too wide and sit too high lead to power gaps when starting and belts that are too long have too little tension, which has a negative effect on power transmission. 

We recommend to replace the V-belt regularly to ensure optimal transmission of power. Maintenance intervals vary depending on the model, general guideline is 6,000 to 8,000 km for 50cc scooters and 15,000 km (and more) for maxi scooters.
