Вариатор CVT Polini Hi Speed Yamaha Aerox 50cc 4-stroke

Polini’s popular Hi-Speed variator is also available for 50cc 4-stroke engines: Polini Variator Hi Speed Yamaha Aerox 50cc 4-stroke. It is a “standard” model and can be used with the original torque drive and a standard V-belt.

Redesigned and optimized angles extend the transmission range and lead to noticeably more power, which mainly shows in better acceleration and take-offs, top speed is slightly increased, as well. The hard chromium plated roller tracks lead to excellent and extremely smooth running performance and increase the service life of the variator.

The CVT comes with a harder torque spring (+ 87%) and reinforced clutch springs (+ 35% for clutch engagement + 500 rpm). Polini strongly recommends to use a lambda emulator (P171.0010) to adjust the air/fuel ratio to increase performance so it better matches the variator.
