Cylinder Stage6 MKII 50cc

Developed in collaboration with MXS Racing. It comes with a 2-ring piston, is made of Nikasil-plated aluminium, has 5 transfer ports and an oval-shaped exhaust port. The most important technical innovation: 2 additional intake ports which result in a performance comparable to a 1-ring piston racing cylinder.

Exhaust Yasuni Z

The Yasuni Z exhaust is a tested and tried (and accordingly very popular) exhaust for 50cc OEM/OEM quality and 50cc sports cylinders. Acceleration is improved, top speed is slightly increased.

Carburetor PHBG 19mm

Racing carburetor "Black Edition" PHBG 19mm by MotoForce will improve the performance of your engine considerably. It has a separate oil injection and a vacuum port. Starter is a manual cable choke.

Definitely a perfect compromise between reliability for everyday riding and outstanding performance. Needless to say, you can optimize performance by adjusting the carburetor (jetting) and variator (weight and spring adjustment).

And to round it all off for maximum power, we recommend running this set-up with a Malossi CDI. This should add up to 10hp / 7.5N.m torque.
