Cylinder Stage6 MKII 50cc

Developed in collaboration with MXS Racing. It comes with a 2-ring piston, is made of Nikasil-plated aluminium, has 5 transfer ports and an oval-shaped exhaust port. The most important technical innovation: 2 additional intake ports which result in a performance comparable to a 1-ring piston racing cylinder. 

Exhaust Yasuni R

The Yasuni R exhaust is basically between the Yasuni Z and the Yasuni C16, ideally suited for 50cc and 70cc sports and racing cylinders.

 Clutch Stage6 Sport Pro

HQ clutch for improved off-the-line to top-end acceleration.

 Variator Stage6 Sport Pro

The roller tracks and the back of the variator are hard coated to make them highly wear-resistant, reduce friction and improve acceleration. 

Carburetor PHBG 19mm

This carburetor (PHBG 19mm) by MotoForce will improve the performance of your engine considerably. It has a separate oil injection and a vacuum port. Starter is a manual cable choke.

Definitely a perfect compromise between reliability for everyday riding and outstanding performance. Needless to say, you can optimize performance by adjusting the carburetor (jetting) and variator (weight and spring adjustment).

And to round it all off for maximum power, we recommend running this set-up with a Malossi CDI. This should add up to 10hp.
