CVT Kit with clutch + torque drive Stage6 R/T Oversize Piaggio – complete oversize drive kit for racing engines. The individual components are perfectly matched, with oversize variator, oversize converter, oversize V-belt and racing clutch with bell and springs.
The perfect pack for owners of tuned machines who want to extend the shifting range via the tried and tested Oversize system. We always recommend to match all drive components, otherwise optimal performance cannot be achieved. By getting this kit you don’t need to worry about anything – everything fits, for guaranteed maximum performance.
The oversize variator from Stage6 R/T provides smooth shifting and rev characteristics and even acceleration at all speeds is improved. CNC-machined high-precision angles are then given a special ceramic coating that preserves surface characteristics for extended life expectance and optimum grip. Including ramp plate with reinforced centre, sleeve with optimal lubrication properties, fan pulle with removable fan wheel, a set of weights and a matching Stage6 R/T torque spring (medium).
The matching counterpart: Oversize torque drive Stage6 R/T. The high-end pulley is made of lightweight aluminum halves that are bolted together with guide domes. It consists of two forged halves that are screwed to a guide piece.The pulley halves are CNC-machined for ultimate precision, which is especially important for surface angles. Special attention is paid to ensure ideal surface roughness, as this has a major influence on shifting characteristics. The surface is preserved by a ceramic deep coat in order to preserve these properties for as long as possible. Both guide bushes and pulley discs can be replaced to meet individual needs.
The Torque Control MK 2 is the improved version of the very successful Stage6 Torque Control clutch, with a reinforced back, enlarged linings and slightly heavier clutch shoes. The additional weights can be inserted quickly and easily. The patented system witht the springs located at the front offers full and stepless adjustment of clutch engagementin without having to remove the clutch or bell. Each spring can be precisely adjusted using the scaling on the adjusting screws. The eight weights on the rear of the clutch shoes offer a wide range of adjustment possibilities for the desired clutch engagement.
The Stage6 R/T CNC -Type 433g clutch bell is probably one of the best clutch bells around. The bell is CNC-machined from one piece, not pressed like most bells, in terms of precision this bell can’t be beat. The cooling rim ist bolted on, not just shrunk on. 2 holes in the cooling ring allow you to adjust the clutch without having to remove the bell.
Also included is 1x additional set of hard пружины сцепления (red) for the Torque Control. Red – hard, for racing and high-end setups.
For Oversize Drives / Pulleys you have to use an Oversize Клиновой ремень, this one is from Stage6 R/T. The V-belt is reinforced with Kevlar fibres and has very good grip for optimum power transmission and performance.
