When founded in 1986, Spanish company Airsal could already look back on a long history of manufacturing cylinders and cylinder parts for motorcycles and mopeds. They managed to establish themselves as one of the leading manufacturers of cylinders in Europe, with excellent value for money products; this is eveidenced by the impressive number of 14,000 cylinders per month. In the meantime, they have also branched out into producing crankshafts and other engine parts.

All Airsal aluminium cylinders feature a Scanimet ®, better known as "Nikasil" (Nickel - Silicon Carbide) bore lining, which improves running properties and inreases durability of the cylinders.

The Airsal catalogue covers all bases - from 50cc Alu Racing to 70cc Sport / MidRace to the extremely powerful 80cc and 90cc X-treme cylinder kits. Airsal cylinders are available for most scooter and moped models, so even owners of less common models will find the right cylinder.
