Engine power is transmitted to the rear wheel from cylinder and gearbox via the drive belt, or V-belt. It connects the front pulley with variator with the rear pulley. The V-belt is a classic wear part that has to be replaced from time to time to ensure optimum power transmission. Manufacturers such as Motoforce and Naraku offer high quality replacement V-belts in standard quality, from Stage6, Polini, Malossi, Top Performances and other manufacturers we also carry reinforced drive belts with aramid fibres, we recommend these belts for use in tuned set-ups.
