Delivery Rules


SIA "LIRIO" provides delivery across Latvia and the Baltics after payment is received.


 Delivery of goods across Latvia to Venipak parcel lockers - EUR 5.00
 Delivery to Lithuanian parcel lockers VenipakEUR 10.00
 Delivery to Estonian parcel lockers Venipak EUR 15.00
 Delivery of large-sized goods is only done through courier. Price depends on weight.


 Delivery of goods across Latvia via Omniva parcel lockers - EUR 5.00
 Delivery to Lithuanian and Estonian Omniva parcel lockers - EUR 10.00
For oversized and heavy items, Omniva (EUR 10.00 within Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania - EUR 15.00).
For items larger than the parcel locker cell (e.g., mufflers, handlebars), delivery is only done by courier.

Delivery time after payment:
If the item is in stock - within 3 days
If the item is not in stock - 4-24 days

Delivery times can be found on the product card under the model. The delivery time depends on the availability of the item in either the Latvia or Germany warehouse.

Delivery from the Latvia warehouse takes one working day. For deliveries from the Germany warehouse, add ± for delivery to the destination country to the specified date, accordingly. Shipments from the Germany warehouse are made 2-3 times a week during the season and once a week during the winter period. Take this information into account when calculating delivery times. More details on the delivery times for specific products can be obtained by emailing us at info@scooter-zone.eu


Due to our partnerships with international suppliers and the situation in various countries, deliveries may be delayed, and production may be delayed by up to 90 days. If we are unable to deliver your goods within this time frame and no delivery time was specified for the item, we will refund your money.

Standard courier services 

1. If the total weight of the package is up to 30 kg, the courier unloads the package and delivers it to the Buyer/Recipient to the first safe location indoors. (Will carry through the apartment door, house, or garage door, but will not carry the package through rooms or yards.) In this case, additional loading and unloading services are not needed.

2. If any of the packages in the shipment weigh from 30 to 80 kg (e.g., large household appliances, furniture, etc.), the courier will only help the Buyer/Recipient unload this package from the car, but will not help carry it to the desired location.

Return Time: 14 days

Return will be processed: New product or money

Return and exchange terms: Upon receiving the package, carefully check the completeness and appearance of the product.

Product returns are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

SIA «LIRIO» will accept only unopened and undamaged goods within 14 days from the date of invoice issuance.

Products that are "made to order" from the warehouse in Germany or are subject to promotional prices may not be eligible for return. The store has the right to refuse the return of the goods.

Attention! Before ordering, check if the product fits your scooter model. SCOOTER-ZONE is not responsible for ordering the wrong product.

You will receive the initial price of the product (excluding any delivery costs) or a new product back. To activate the warranty, it is mandatory to present the original purchase document (invoice or receipt).

Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Payment for the product/service will be refunded to the bank card used for payment no later than 5 business days. All payments are processed by PayPal payment system.
