The variator is responsible for changing the gear ratio during acceleration. The variator works on the principle of centrifugal force: round variator weights, also called rollers, control the movement of the variator and the related movement of the pulley and the V-belt sitting on it.

No matter if you need a variator in original quality or a tuning CVT e.g. an overrange version, we offer a wide range of variators at best prices.
Sport CVTs are ideal for light tuning and midrace cylinders and are available for almost all common engines. The transmissions provide improved acceleration and higher top speed.
For heavily tuned engines there are the overrange or oversize tuning CVTs, which are ideal for racing and high-end setups. This type of variator has a larger diameter than the original and optimized low-friction roller tracks as well as optimized / variable pulley opening angles. These high-end parts should always be used with a matching torque drive, pulley and V-belt, otherwise the maximum potential cannot be reached
The CVT is a central component in the transmission of the engine speed. In combination with the other elements of the automatic transmission, the power generated by the engine can be optimally transferred to the rear wheel.
