Clutch springs control the point in time at which the clutch engages. If you want the clutch to engage at higher speeds, you'll have to install harder springs. Manufacturers like Malossi, Polini Stage6 offer clutch springs in different strengths, often sold as a set of 3x3 springs. You can distinguish the different strengths by the different colors, each manufacturer has its own color system.
