The Airsal 70cc Aluminium Cylinder Kit "T6" Piaggio Typhoon / Stalker is a good value for money cylinder for everyday use for Piaggio / Gilera AC engines. The exhaust port is divided / bridged and the piston is a one-ring piston. We did test runs on our scooters with very convincing results. Its only shortcoming: the piston skirt's edges are a bit rough, and should be smoothed with fine grade sandpaper.
Performance: between 10 - 12hp.
Please note that you'll have to adjust squish clearance when installing aluminium cylinders to get maximum power and reliability.
